It's now up for sale so if anyone wants a visit now would be a good time. I would imagine once it's sold the developers would flatten the site.

I visited the boys village today. It is such a wonderful place Just hope it lasts a little longer. Did a shoot up there. Totally fantastic!

It's still for sale. Went past there yesterday on my way to the power station. I'm pretty sure the sale sign said permission has been granted for C2 development which is:
C2 Residential institutions - Residential care homes, hospitals, nursing homes, boarding schools, residential colleges and training centres.
That would rule out houses so can't see many developers rushing to buy.
